Satyamev Jayate is the new television show telecasted in many national and regional language television channels like Star Plus, Doordarshan, Asianet, Star Utsav etc on every Sunday at 11am IST. It is anchored by Mr. Aamir Khan. Mainly the show stands against social crimes and injustices prevailing in India even after the great 68 years of Independence. The victims of such crimes are interviewed and asked about their path through which they have fallen to such problems. It discusses the socially relevant issues like dowry system, child sexual abuses etc.

The show started its telecast on May 8^th 2012. The show is sponsored by Airtel. The have started raising funds for their activities. Aamir Khan has visited many states like Kerala, Sikkim, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh and met many celebraties like Mohanlal, Amithab Bachan etc for spreading the message of the show.

The show conducts not only talks on social evils like child sexual abuse, dowry system etc, it take various workshops for children, parents to cope against this issue. Mainly councillors like Dr. Rajat Mitra, Ravi Gera, Anuja Gupta are invited to give training to the victims. Fim actress Sridevi was also invited to give her message to victims of child abuse on the second episode of Satyamev Jayate. According to Economic Times, the first show of Satyamev Jayate was viewed by nine crore people and many are viewing the show online after the show is telecasted.
